These Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms of Use") apply to the VYPR Ballistic website located at www.VYPR Ballistic.com and its affiliated businesses and domains The Site is the property of VYPR Ballistic. ("VYPR Ballistic").

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use; if you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

VYPR Ballistic reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add these or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. You are responsible for checking these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, VYPR Ballistic grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.

VYPR Ballistic and its officers, directors and employees shall not be liable for any lost profits, lost revenue, loss of use or any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, this site, the materials on this site or the products purchased on this site, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, even if VYPR Ballistic has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, and computer code (collectively, "Content"), including the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, and arrangement of such Content, contained on the Site is owned, controlled, or licensed by or to VYPR Ballistic, and is protected by trade-dress, copyright, patent, and trademark laws, and various other intellectual-property rights and unfair-competition laws.

Our acknowledgement of an order means that your order request has been received; it does not mean that your order has been accepted or shipped or that the price or availability of an item has been confirmed.

We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice. We apologize for any inconvenience. As part of our shipping procedures, we verify the availability and the price before an item is shipped. If the item you order is no longer available, or if we determine that there were inaccuracies in our product information, we will cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation via email. VYPR Ballistic reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

The Site may contain links to other independent third-party websites ("Linked Sites"). These Linked Sites are provided solely as a convenience to our visitors. Such Linked Sites are not under VYPR Ballistic's control, and VYPR Ballistic is not responsible for and does not endorse the content of such Linked Sites, including any information or materials contained on such Linked Sites. You are responsible for your interaction with these Linked Sites.

VYPR Ballistic does not promise that the Site or any Content, service, or feature of the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected, or that your use of the Site will provide specific results. VYPR Ballistic does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the site, and is not in any manner responsible for the content of these communications and materials. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute user-generated content on the site, VYPR Ballistic is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any contents or activities on the site. However, VYPR Ballistic reserves the right to block or remove communications or materials that it determines to be (a) abusive, defamatory, or obscene, (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, (c) in violation of a copyright, trademark or; other intellectual property right of another or (d) offensive or otherwise unacceptable to us in its sole discretion.

You must indemnify and hold VYPR Ballistic, its officers, presidents, shareholders, successors in interest, employees, agents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims, or expenses (including attorneys' fees), made against VYPR Ballistic by any third party due to or arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.

VYPR Ballistic reserves the right to limit, in its sole discretion, the provision and quantity of any feature, product, or service to any person or geographic area. Any offer for any feature, product, or service made on the Site is void where prohibited. If you choose to access the Site, you do so on your own initiative and you are responsible for complying with applicable local laws.

All orders will be paid for at time of order.

All orders shipping to an APO/FPO address or a PO Box will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.

International shipments: International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and full freight from the point of origin.

VYPR Ballistic is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Occasionally, stock is depleted and your order will go to backorder status. The backorder items will be fulfilled once stock becomes available unless otherwise requested to hold and ship complete. It is possible that items waiting on backorder could be discontinued. In that event a refund or exchange can be requested.

Any and all return requests must be made with 7 days upon receipt of shipment.

We do not issue refunds and will only give exchanges. There are no exceptions to this policy. Shipping back to our office is paid by the buyer and the exchange shipping back to the buyer is paid for by VYPR.

Exchanges will only be issued for products in brand new and saleable condition. If your product has been used or is not returned in its original condition including all original items and boxes included in the sale, no exchange or refund will be issued. All returns due to error by VYPR Ballistic will have any and all fees waived.

Original purchase receipt must accompany all requests for an exchange.
